HEADLINE: C.O.R., Inc. provides high interest books to elementary school students.
On April 5th, 2019, Community Outreach Resources (C.O.R.), Inc., funded a project to provide students in Margaret Winn-Holt Elementary School, a Title I school in Lawrenceville, Georgia, with a variety of high interest books that share positive messages and can also help teach life lessons to elementary school students. Approximately 24 students will be impacted by this project. These students will now have more literature available to them in their classroom.
“C.O.R.’s mission is to help build thriving communities. We acknowledge that helping our educators obtain the resources they need to effectively teach is one of the most direct ways to make an impact on our children's lives,” said Co-Founder and President of C.O.R., Inc. Karen Watkins.
